3ºB  de Primaria)

          Alma Porres
(Teacher 4 años)

My name is Alma, although all my pupils call me “teacher”. I am keen on learning English because of the fact that it allows you to speak with foreign people and to travel around the world.

I have a degree in English and I lived in Oxford for a short time. I have been working with adults, teenagers and children. I must admit children are more fun because they make your lessons amazing!!!!

I love reading books, listening to music and singing different styles of music. I like practicing sports too. I used to play basketball, but I don’t have enough time for it.

Hi! My name is Gemma Aparicio. I am thirty years old. I am from Losar de la Vera, a small village which is situated in Extremadura, however, I live in Valdemoro.

I love going shopping  and travelling around the world because meeting different cultures is my passion.

I had never gone to the gym, but two years ago I decided to be fit, so now I practice spinning and jogging twice a week.

Hi everybody! My name´s Miguel and I´m from a city in the south of Spain. I´m one of the two male English teachers at Nobelis ;) I´ve always wanted to be an English teacher, it´s my passion! I´ve lived in the UK and France. I love languages, I can also speak French and a bit of Italian. I often try to have a good sense of humour. Just one more thing:  I can´t live without cakes, so if you want to give me something, bring me some, please!!!  ;)

My name is Veronica. I love eating, especially sweets. One of my passions is travelling and this is why I have lived in countries such as U.S.A., Ireland or Poland.

I love teaching children because they are so enthusiastic about every new experience they learn and the fact of noticing their improvement in the learning process.

Hi! My name is Rebeca and I'm an English teacher. Teaching English is what I really love, and my main objective in the class is that students are able to see English as a useful tool for their real lives. That is to say that English is more than a subject, because learning a language involves a wide knowledge: a culture, a lifestyle, Geography, etc. A motivated student is able to understand and to face every single situation in the process of learning, and that's what I try when I teach.

HI there! I´m the new male English teacher at Nobelis school. I live in the neighboring village of Pinto. I love travelling and languages, as well as meeting people from different nationalities, that is why I´ve lived in countries like the UK, U.S.A and Australia. There, I´ve left very good friends behind and met lots of passionate students. English has given me much! One my challenges when teaching  English is to make my students learn that English can be both fun and useful to their lives.

Talking about other hobbies, my picks would be sports, hanging out with friends and music. Also, animals…I currently have a cat, a beautiful Siamese.

Hi everybody!

I’m Miriam and this is my first year at Nobelis School. When I was a child, I used to play with my dolls simulating my own class. I have always wanted to be a teacher. I try to be close to my students and to have them involved in the learning process through their participation, experiences, questions, anecdotes...

Although I live in Valdemoro, I am from a village in Toledo. At weekends, I often go there because I like to meet my friends and go for a walk in the countryside. It is so relaxing!!!
